Sudhakar Pai Associates is a multi-disciplinary design practice, rooted in Bangalore, India. SPA Architects- Sudhakar Pai Associates was established in year 2000 with the aim of instituting an Architectural & Interior Design practice to pursue design excellence while delivering creative solutions sensitive to client briefs, site and place making.

The firm leans towards a contemporary and modern interpretation of design that represents beauty, efficiency and honesty. We pride that our designs speak about us!

The wide spectrum of projects at Sparchitects include both Architecture and Interior Design of many award-winning IT campuses, office buildings, retail malls, institutional, industrial and residential developments.

The firm is mentored by Ar. Sudhakar Pai, who received his B.Arch. degree (1st Class with Distinction) from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, in 1989. After working in the office of reputed Indian Architect Charles Correa, he went to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA, USA) for his M.Arch. degree.
