The proposed office building for Ananya consists of two connected blocks separated by the vertical core. The blocks slide into an avant garde disposition and are connected by a sweeping roof form that starts from the ground and also covers the double heighted reception.

The west face of the building is structured with fins to help cut down the heat whereas the south has minimal openings to cut glare and heat ingress.
