Ten years after the Kempegowda International Airport at Devanahalli was commissioned resulting in a realty boom , Devanahalli has seen extensive development in the form of public infrastructure, IT parks and residential developments.

Spreading out over an area of 18 acres on an irregularly shaped site, Park Cubix is a large scale residential complex comprising 21 towers and climbing 15 floors high.

The shape of the site influenced the architectural composition of the towers that shape out like arms. The nodes of these arms form social / lung spaces that help bind the development

Park Cubix takes its inspiration from the city. The ‘pixelated’ multicultural city of Bangalore and explores it three dimensionally as ‘voxels’. The towers have been formed with stacked cubes which have been stitched into a choreographed pattern.

The arrangement of the towers on the site also ensures that buildings do not look into each other thereby enabling views of the greenery. The complex has two clubhouses, one for sports activities and the other for recreation. Park Cubix also houses a shopping mall with a multiplex to complement the lifestyle of its users.
